Buying a Blu-Ray Player

Hi, I hope you are continuing to find this weekly newsletter interesting and entertaining. Today I want to talk about some cool electronic purchases I've made.

First, you need to buy a Blu-Ray player. Once you have seen your favorite movie in Blu-Ray you will never go back to DVD. And, it actually makes your old DVDs look better on your HDTV. But it is extremely important that you purchase an Internet ready Blu-Ray player. This will allow you to use services like Netflix to on-demand download one of over 20,000 titles in minutes. Internet ready Blu-Ray players will also give you the ability to download new content about the movie you are watching. Here's a link that will show you supported Blu-Ray players.

Skype for Verizon Phones

I wish I was on the Verizon network. Today you can download Skype for many Verizon phones. Skype, essentially, is the death of the mobile phone. Because you place calls over the Internet and because the Wi-Fi Internet is becoming common place, it means you can place and receive calls while not using any of your minutes on your mobile phone.

Dell Refurbished Computers

Whenever I need to buy another laptop or desktop machine I first go to the Dell Refurb center. It's an ever changing inventory of equipment, but all of the machines will look and act like new and carry the same or better warranty than the original equipment. And all of the machines are 30-50% off of retail. Check out the Dell Refurb site here:

New 1993 Taurus - Not for sale, but very funny.

I hope you find this video from Ford as funny as I do.
