With over 30 years of experience in the field of insurance computer technology, Brad founded Archway in 2009 after identifying a fundamental flaw in the standard approach to IT services in that potential issues were allowed to manifest themselves within the system before being addressed. He decided to create and implement a new strategy centered on preventive maintenance known as Managed Services, and focus on providing stability and security solutions as well as other tangible benefits in IT to a nationwide clientele of independent insurance agencies.
