Officially Off The Couch
For those of you who have been following along with my running journey the past few months, I’m incredibly proud to announce that I completed my Couch to 5K Challenge! It was definitely hard, but so rewarding to do something I did not think my body was capable of, especially at my age. With the running-bug in full effect, I’m setting my sights on a 10k race next.
If you’ve ever considered starting a fitness adventure of your own, I’m here to tell you if I can do it, so can you! A Love Letter To My Favorite Pancakes
While I try to ensure the recommendations in my blog are accessible to all my loyal readers, this one is very geographically specific. Having celiac, I consider myself a gluten-free foodie connoisseur. So when I recently had the best GF pancakes in my life, I felt it was my duty to share this revelation with you all. Enter: Swinger’s Diner. Located in West Hollywood, California, the 30 year-old diner is serving some of the best, reasonably-priced, delicious, organic food to the neighborhood. It’s not often a breakfast item impacts your life to this magnitude, but consider me a changed man.
